The HiKidz Training School exists to equip a new generation of children's ministry leaders, youth workers and missionaries with the knowledge, practical skills and spiritual foundation to make that happen.

More than a course
At HiKidz, we believe ministry is not something you only study. It's something you live.
That's why our training combines four essential elements:
Discipleship
Before you can disciple children, you must first be discipled yourself.
Throughout the program you'll grow in your relationship with Jesus, develop Christ-like character and learn how to lead from a place of authenticity.
Practical Ministry
Great ministry is learned by doing. You'll receive practical tools for children's and youth ministry and immediately put them into practice through internships, outreach and local church ministry.
Biblical & Professional Foundations
Strong ministry begins with strong foundations.
Our courses combine biblical teaching with insights into theology, childhood development, adolescence, leadership, education and missions, equipping you to serve children wisely and effectively.
Mission
Everything we learn ultimately points outward.
Whether God calls you to your local church, your city or another nation, our desire is to equip leaders who are ready to impact the next generation wherever He sends them.
What will your journey look like?
The full training is built around four learning blocks that take you from biblical foundations to practical ministry experience. Each training block takes three months.
Block 01: Children's Ministry
Discover how to build children's ministry that goes beyond programmes and helps children become disciples of Jesus.
Topics include: Children's ministry, Sunday School, Creative teaching methods, Worship with children, Puppet ministry, Evangelism, Discipleship, Ministry in schools, Pastoral care for children, Trauma-aware ministry
Learn by doing
Training at HiKidz extends far beyond the classroom. Throughout the programme you'll move through different learning experiences that reinforce one another.

Classroom Learning: Biblical, theological and practical teaching from experienced leaders.

Personal Assignments: Assignments that help you apply and deepen what you've learned.

Internship & Practice: Serve in local churches, HiKidz International projects and ministries and partner organisations while receiving coaching and feedback.

Mission Experience: Experience ministry in a different context and discover how God can use you to reach the next generation beyond your own community.
Learn from experienced leaders
The HiKidz Training School brings together pastors, educators, children's ministry specialists and missionaries from Brazil and around the world. You'll also learn alongside partner ministries with experience in children's ministry, evangelism, discipleship and missions, giving you the opportunity to gain different perspectives while remaining firmly rooted in God's Word.
Life at the HiKidz Base
This is more than a training programme, it's an immersive community. Students live, learn, worship and serve together, creating space for friendships, mentoring and spiritual growth. Whenever possible, we encourage students to complete the full programme of 4 learning blocks. Depending on availability, it may also be possible to join individual training blocks.

The programme is open to young adults aged 18 and above who have a heart for children, teenagers and the Kingdom of God. Whether you're preparing for ministry in your local church, community outreach or missions, this training will help you grow in:

Each training block consists of three monthly payments.
