Commitment to children (aged 7-14) – We believe in the value and importance of children and seek to meet their holistic needs. Our activities are inclusive of all children, irrespective of race, religion or gender.
Christian identity – We seek to reflect Jesus’ message found in the Bible, and the value and importance that He gives to children.
International identity – Although based in Switzerland, Hi Kidz is a partnership of national organisations in about 30 countries, mainly in developing regions.
Respect for local leadership – The work in each country is led by local Christians
Relationship with the church – We work closely with local churches and other ministries, where appropriate.
Accountability – We have a policy of transparency and openness that applies to all aspects of the organisation.
Commitment to excellence – We strive for quality in our programs, training and administration.
